Our medical practice provides Primary Care and telehealth services for Family, Geriatric, and Pediatric (ages 8+) healthcare and comprehensive weight loss management. We are moving to a larger facility just three blocks away on August 3rd, with more exam rooms, and have just added another OUTSTANDING Provider.! New primary care patients can register through our Patient Portal, ZocDoc, or by phone. 

For primary care, we accept most insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay options.

Brandy was extremely responsive and attentive at my time of need. I was on vacation, away from my own doctor, and Brandie offered me a telehealth appointment. She researched what was available in my area, called in a prescription, and checked in on me several times. She also ordered an xray back in my hometown for when I returned, and then offered a follow-up appointment. I would highly recommend her practice!
